Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Regis Aged Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide proactive care that enriches daily life, promoting independence and choice.
  • Manage medication safely and accurately, documenting interventions and progress notes.

Requirements

  • A true passion for caring for others.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
  • The ability to quickly build knowledge of the AN-ACC funding system attributes.
  • Experience providing nursing services in aged care, hospitals or community care settings.
  • An appreciation for accurate reporting and documentation management.
  • Leadership skills to effectively supervise and delegate tasks to PCA/AINs.
