About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Field Merchandiser to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key retailers and supermarkets on an ongoing casual basis.

You will work within an allocated territory to ensure accurate execution of tasks, including driving strong relationships with store personnel, negotiating promotional space, building and maintaining quality displays in store, executing planograms accurately, submitting tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet, and representing BIG and our clients positively and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel
  • Negotiate promotional space with retailers and supermarkets
  • Design and implement effective in-store displays that meet client requirements
  • Execute planograms accurately and efficiently
  • Submit daily reports and photos of task completion via smartphone or tablet

Requirements:

  • Retail and supermarket experience is highly desirable
  • A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
  • Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
