About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Grocery Team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Operate store equipment, including pallet jacks and cutting tools, to support the efficient operation of the store.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
