**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Surveillance and Risk Management: Monitor activities across venues using state-of-the-art CCTV systems to identify potential risks or security concerns.
  • Incident Response: Lead responses to security breaches, emergencies, and alarm activations, coordinating resources to resolve situations effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Support and direct security teams, ensuring all actions are executed in alignment with standard operating procedures.
  • Communication Excellence: Manage high volumes of communication, ensuring timely responses to client, public, and internal inquiries.
  • Data Accuracy: Keep detailed and accurate security logs, incident reports, and operational records.
  • Access Control and Equipment Maintenance: Oversee secure access to facilities and ensure the proper use and maintenance of security equipment.

This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.

**Requirements:**

  • A valid NSW 1A Security Licence with at least 12 months of experience.
  • Some control room operational experience (9-12 months preferred).
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Availability for a 24/7 rotating roster.

**Additional Qualifications:**

  • First Aid and CPR (current)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol - RSA (current)
  • White Card (or willing to obtain)
  • Traffic Control and Implement Traffic Management Plan certificates (or willing to obtain)
  • Fire Warden (or willing to obtain)
  • Full NSW Drivers Licence
  • Working With Children Check
