Role Overview
At PeopleIN, we're seeking an exceptional Divisional Financial Controller to lead our Accounting and Payroll functions. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop within the organisation with a clear plan and mentor.

Key Responsibilities
• Review Divisional monthly financials and balance sheets
• Prepare month-end reports for the Divisional CEO and Group CFO, including KPIs, dashboards, and analysis
• Oversee the weekly payroll process for on-hire employees
• Manage key monthly cycle lodgments and reporting, including BAS, Payroll, Tax, Superannuation, and Workers Compensation
• Develop and implement annual budgets and quarterly reforecasting plans
• Correspond with auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Accountant or Company Accountant
• Qualified Accountant (CA or CPA) with strong management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
