About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Investment Manager to join our team at Numbers Executive Search and Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the evaluation of strategic investment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Strategic Projects: You will lead the end-to-end development and implementation of high-profile strategic initiatives within the Finance function, working closely with internal stakeholders and business subject matter experts.
  2. Conduct Financial Analysis: Conduct rigorous financial analysis, develop proposal documents, and prioritize investment opportunities to support informed decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Commercial Finance and other departments to track initiatives and ensure alignment with the strategic plan.
  4. Support Corporate Planning: Provide support in preparing corporate plan documentation and presentations for the annual planning process.
  5. Build Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain trusted, partnership-focused relationships with key stakeholders and internal clients to ensure project success.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 4-8 years of experience in corporate finance, advisory, management consulting, strategic planning, or decision support.
  2. Financial Modelling Skills: Excellent financial modelling skills and the ability to produce high-quality commercial analysis.
  3. Program and Project Management: Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  4. Analytical Capabilities: Advanced analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  5. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required. An MBA or CA/CPA qualification is preferred.
