Population Health Specialist

Delivering key portfolio priorities through strategic project management and collaborative stakeholder engagement.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor initiatives that drive best practice processes across the portfolio.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent approaches to portfolio objectives.
  • Produce high-quality communications aligned with organisational policies and strategy.
  • Coordinate meetings, represent the organisation, and prepare presentations and speeches.
  • Contribute to policy development from a national and local perspective.
  • Support operational functions within the Northern Territory office.
  • Monitor budget expenditures for the Population Health & Wellbeing portfolio.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Strong communication skills fostering collaboration across all levels.
  • A background in public health, social services, business management, advocacy, or public relations.
  • Proven administration, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to build trust and positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of cardiovascular health factors.
  • Sound judgement in solving complex challenges.
