Population Health Specialist

Delivering key portfolio priorities through strategic project management and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
- Develop, implement, and monitor initiatives that drive best practice processes across the portfolio.
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent approaches to portfolio objectives.
- Produce high-quality communications aligned with organisational policies and strategy.
- Coordinate meetings, represent the organisation, and prepare presentations and speeches.
- Contribute to policy development from a national and local perspective.
- Support operational functions within the Northern Territory office.
- Monitor budget expenditures for the Population Health & Wellbeing portfolio.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Strong communication skills fostering collaboration across all levels.
- A background in public health, social services, business management, advocacy, or public relations.
- Proven administration, project management, and time management skills.
- Ability to build trust and positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Understanding of cardiovascular health factors.
- Sound judgement in solving complex challenges.
