  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to produce high-quality presentations.
  5. Able to perform Test Process Optimisation reviews and present findings to clients.

About This Role:

This is a unique opportunity to take your test management career to the next level. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading test activities at a project or program level, ensuring exceptional quality within complex environments and agreed timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and plan test activities to deliver high-quality results.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, to educate them on innovation and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement new test practices to achieve great returns on investment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, seeking support from senior colleagues as needed.
  • Collect and assess metrics against projects, regularly reporting test progress to clients and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrate awareness of how Planit's work impacts clients and how recommendations for testing and quality practices can add value to client lifecycles and end-user satisfaction.
  • Grow Planit's Agile capability through industry presentations, meetups, and article publications.
