Lead Testing Specialist

This role involves leading and managing testing activities across complex defence, government, or secure enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and be able to oversee test planning, execution, and reporting while ensuring all quality assurance practices meet stringent security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large-scale or mission-critical system testing.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned to project timelines.
  • Coordinate integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing activities.
  • Oversee test teams and provide direction, mentoring, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure all testing is compliant with secure development and deployment standards.
  • Monitor and report on test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Must be an Australian Citizen and hold baseline security clearance.
  • Primary project activity is based in Adelaide. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently or relocate as required.
  • Flexible working arrangements may be considered based on project needs.
