Driving Commercial Expansion
Job OverviewThis role is responsible for leading commercial growth and strategic partnerships. You will be driving business development across our network of medical cannabis clinics, identifying opportunities for expansion, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive growth and deepen collaboration with clinics, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Identify and engage potential partners from initial outreach through to deal closure, negotiating agreements and driving partner-led revenue.
- Owning strategic relationships with prescribing partners and clinics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure partnerships translate into measurable success.
- Tracking and reporting performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and sharing insights with senior leadership to inform ongoing strategy.
- Strategic mindset with ability to identify commercial opportunities and think across business lines.
- Proven success in sales, business development, or partnerships within pharma, biotech, or medical devices.
- Strong track record of exceeding growth targets in regulated healthcare markets.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with ability to influence at senior levels.
