Job Opportunity: Aboriginal Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic support worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to our Aboriginal Elders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in personal care, social support, and domestic assistance. They will be responsible for performing various tasks such as showering, feeding, and toileting, as well as assisting with oral medication.

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide social support by accompanying clients to their doctor appointments, shopping, and social outings. They will also assist with domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, bed making, and meal preparation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6 months of personal care experience
  • Vaccinated for COVID-19 (2 doses)
  • Australian driver's license
