We are seeking a skilled Derivatives Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of derivatives activities.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as a self-starter. A confident communicator, you will be able to engage with stakeholders in a robust yet commercially minded manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement monitoring strategies for derivatives activities, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Business Analytics team to develop and maintain a data warehouse using Power BI.
- Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of client communications, providing feedback to employees to ensure regulatory compliance and best practice.
- Produce timely monitoring reports highlighting emerging risks, trends, or patterns, with recommendations for management action.
- 1+ year of experience with derivatives, ideally in FX options.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter while contributing effectively in a team environment.
- Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders in a robust yet commercially minded manner.
- Experience with Power BI or data analysis tools is an advantage.
