**School-Based Trainee Opportunity**

We are offering a School-Based Traineeship for high school students in Years 10 and 11. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience, develop essential business and customer service skills, and earn a Certificate III in Business while working in a vibrant resort environment.

**Job Description:**

This role involves assisting in various departments of the resort, including food and beverage, activities, housekeeping, guest services, and general business support. You will be responsible for preparing and serving meals and drinks, supporting Kids Club and SplashZone activities, maintaining clean accommodations, learning front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must be in Year 10 or 11 at the start of the traineeship. You should also have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills. Reliable transportation to the resort is required. Specific department roles may require additional certifications, such as Safe Food Handling, First Aid, CPR, and a Blue Card.

**Benefits:**

As a School-Based Trainee, you will earn a Certificate III in Business at no cost. You will receive paid work with hands-on experience in a resort environment, opportunities to work in various departments, and a supportive team. **Requirements:**
