Job Description

The Clinical Nurse Consultant - Wound Management plays a pivotal role in providing expert clinical leadership and direction for the management of patients with wound management and skin integrity needs. This position requires collaboration with nursing, medical, and allied health clinicians to provide high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical leadership and direction for the management of patients with wound management and skin integrity needs.
  • Collaborating with nursing, medical, and allied health clinicians to achieve service delivery objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
  • Desirable: Holds or is working towards a relevant postgraduate tertiary qualification.
  • Current Driver's Licence.

Others

This position is a Fixed Term, Part-time, Day Worker position, up to 46 hours per fortnight. Hours are negotiable with the successful applicant. The salary range is $114,851 to $121,886 per annum (Pro rata), plus employer 12% superannuation contribution. Additional allowances may be available based on qualification type. Salary packaging is also available.
