As a Strata Manager you will manage a portfolio of schemes and lots, work within a team to support day-to-day tasks, coordinate AGMs and EGMs using automated agendas and minutes, and engage with clients using technology to reduce phone inquiries. Responsibilities include contributing to ongoing efforts to modernise processes and systems.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join us as a Strata Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience managing their own portfolio, a valid driver's license, and excellent interpersonal skills. They should also be able to build new relationships and maintain existing ones, and have a good understanding of relevant compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing Schemes: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of schemes and lots.

Team Support: You will work within a team to support day-to-day tasks.

AGM and EGM Coordination: You will coordinate AGMs and EGMs using automated agendas and minutes.

Clients Engagement: You will engage with clients using technology to reduce phone inquiries.

Ongoing Modernisation: You will contribute to ongoing efforts to modernise processes and systems.

Requirements:

Experience: You will need experience managing your own portfolio.

Licence: You will need a valid driver's license.

Skills: You will need excellent interpersonal skills.

Relationship Building: You will need to be able to build new relationships and maintain existing ones.

Compliance: You will need a good understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
