Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Specialist to perform quality control testing, stability testing and assist with manufacturing activities.

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing quality control testing required for manufacturing and release of products as per internal procedures and specifications
  • Performing stability testing of products as required to support shelf-life allocations and extensions
  • Implementation of the production work plan according to agreed timelines
  • Recording and actioning any observed non-conformances or stock discrepancies

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of BSc in Biomedical Science or a related field
  • Understanding of nucleic acid extraction, real-time PCR and molecular diagnostic fields
  • Knowledge of regulatory status and requirements of products
