We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated mental health professional to coordinate and deliver emergency mental health consultations, assessments, and support services in Wagga Wagga.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with on-call consultant psychiatrists to develop plans to assist, support, and guide emergency department clinicians in managing mental health consumers' risk, medications, and ongoing care.
The role also involves conducting emergency assessments in community settings with police and ambulance services as a Police Ambulance Clinician Early Response (PACER) Clinician.
- Deliver client/patient care within professional, organisational, legal, and ethical boundaries.
- Minimum 5 years experience working in the Mental Health profession is essential.
- Be a confident team player with an engaging personality aligning with NSW Health Core values – Collaboration, Openness, Respect, and Empowerment.
Coordinate and deliver emergency mental health consultations, assessments, and support services.
Work closely with on-call consultant psychiatrists to develop plans to assist, support, and guide emergency department clinicians.

Ensure client/patient care is delivered within professional, organisational, legal, and ethical boundaries.
