Front Office Support Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced front office professional to join our team in a General Practice setting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and ensure their needs are met in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Process patient payments, manage billing information, and perform various administrative tasks.
  • Schedule appointments and tests for patients as required by medical staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls as necessary.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and well-organized state at all times.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in an Occupational Health Clinic or General Practice setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
