
Front Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced front office professional to join our team in a General Practice setting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and ensure their needs are met in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Process patient payments, manage billing information, and perform various administrative tasks.
- Schedule appointments and tests for patients as required by medical staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls as necessary.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and well-organized state at all times.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in an Occupational Health Clinic or General Practice setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
Benefits:
