Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process from start to finish.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position (38 hours per week) that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash receipts and bank reconciliations
  • Process customer payments and issue refunds
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any disputes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable and general accounting principles
  • Proficiency in data entry and account management
  • Excellent numerical and data entry skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $28-$35 per hour and a hybrid remote work arrangement. You will work from our head office in Robina, but some work-from-home flexibility is also available.
