Top Cut Foods is a family-owned and operated business that supplies the national food industry with value-added meat products, maintaining a strong market presence.
The company is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to fill a Full-time role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor accounts receivable aging, daily banking receipting, create weekly reporting on overdue accounts and client responses, and establish an escalation protocol for problem accounts.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing or payments.
- Process invoices and reconcile suppliers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to address client inquiries or concerns regarding invoices or payments.
- Full-time position (6.30am - 3pm) from Monday to Friday.
- On-site car parking.
- Staff discount on meat products.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
