Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Services Director to lead our team in delivering practical, integrated solutions.

The ideal candidate will coordinate our Legal Services division, providing expert advice on Queensland local government and Indigenous land management.

You will drive business growth, oversee engagement delivery, and facilitate client liaison.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic legal guidance on Queensland local government and Indigenous land management
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and driving new business opportunities
  • Oversight of project delivery, ensuring timely and effective results

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years' post-admission legal experience, with significant expertise in Indigenous Land Management
  • A current practicing certificate with the Queensland Law Society (employee or principal)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to consult effectively with communities
  • A strong work ethic, integrity, and empathy
