About This Opportunity

As a Pre-Trade Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering and assessing apprentice training in accordance with industry standards.

 

  • You will be responsible for developing, delivering, and assessing training programs that meet the required standards and company values.
  • Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • You will also manage administrative functions related to training, assessment, and reporting while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

 

Key Requirements
  • A trade qualification in Heavy Vehicle, Mobile Plant, or Auto-Electrical Technologies is essential.
  • Experience as a technician looking to transition into a mentoring trainer role is highly desirable.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is beneficial but not mandatory.
