The armour-building-maintenance team is seeking a driven and experienced professional to oversee the delivery of public housing projects. With a background in building or carpentry trades, you will be responsible for managing contractors, quotations, and maintenance software.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering public housing projects on time
  • Overseeing contractor performance on site
  • Preparing quotations and estimates
  • Managing maintenance software and documents
  • Ensuring work health and safety compliance
  • Building rapport with property residents and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 10 years+ experience in building or carpentry trade
  • Housing experience essential
  • Valid NSW driving license
  • White card
  • Police check

A suitable candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent management skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in similar roles is highly desirable, but not essential. What's most important is that you have a passion for delivering exceptional results and taking pride in your work.
