Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled machine operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and break down cable manufacturing machinery
  • Produce a variety of cable types, including PVC Insulated/Sheathed and XLPE Insulated
  • Pack finished products for quality assurance testing
  • Operate multiple machines once trained
  • Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and safety at all times
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing background with experience operating machinery is highly regarded but not essential
  • Be mechanically minded and quick to learn
  • Have a strong focus on safety and be physically fit
  • Hold a valid forklift license and have reliable transport
  • Pass a drug and alcohol screening
  • Display a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
