About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Hairhouse. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in empowering and managing our store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all areas of the business.

As a Store Leader, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced store leaders to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all Hairhouse customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including meeting compliance requirements and ensuring the store is well-presented, clean, and stocked appropriately.
  • Identify opportunities to drive and increase sales, and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure the store is merchandised according to brand guidelines and drive successful marketing campaigns.
  • Cultivate a strong, supportive, and inclusive culture with your team, and support them in retail and salon operations.

Requirements:

  • A passion for Hair and Beauty and a Certificate 3 in hairdressing is essential.
  • Experience in guiding a team to achieve KPIs and sales targets, and exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong people management skills and the ability to build a high-performing team.
