We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Leader to join our team at Hairhouse. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in empowering and managing our store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all areas of the business.

As a leader, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced store leaders to develop your skills and knowledge, and to contribute to the success of our business. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver best practice store operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all Hairhouse customers
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the store and meeting compliance requirements
  • Ensuring the store is well-presented, clean, and stocked appropriately
  • Identifying opportunities to drive and increase sales
  • Ensuring the store is merchandised according to brand guidelines and driving successful marketing campaigns
  • Cultivating a strong, supportive, and inclusive culture with your team
  • Supporting the team in retail and salon

Requirements:

  • A passion for Hair and Beauty
  • Certificate 3 in hairdressing is essential
  • Experience in guiding a team to achieve KPIs and sales targets
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong people management skills
