We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships and developing new business opportunities in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
- Work across various sourcing programs to identify top talent and build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Achieve individual sales activity and sales targets, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a first-class candidate and client experience.
- Manage the agency to ensure key performance benchmarks are achieved, driving business success and growth.
- Proven success as an Area Manager or Senior Hospitality Manager in the hospitality or travel industry, or as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.
- Strong market knowledge of the hospitality industry in both the ACT and Southern NSW.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong business acumen, with a driven and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to understand the importance of relationships and how to build new and maintain existing rapport with clients and candidates.
- Sales and results-driven focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- A competitive OTE of $90K package, including salary, super, uncapped commission, and tools of trade.
- Flexible and attractive working arrangements, including the option to work from a WHS-approved home office.
- True autonomy to be successful in your role, with ongoing support and training to ensure your success.
- A comprehensive onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
