About the Role

We are seeking an experienced jewellery sales professional to join our team as a Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on luxury jewellery products and services to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible service to clients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
Requirements
  • Strong background in jewellery sales or a related field
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
