About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and hands-on individual with a mechanical aptitude and understanding of technology. This position requires the ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.

  • Organise and supervise irrigation team on a day-to-day basis
  • Assist in monitoring and managing the performance of irrigation team members
  • Monitor plant water use and manage irrigation scheduling to meet targets
  • Ensure optimal operation of irrigation systems through regular monitoring and maintenance
  • Grow and maintain healthy crops
  • Other duties as required and/or directed

  • Previous experience leading a team
  • Driver's License and own reliable vehicle
  • Agricultural/horticultural experience is desired
