About the Part Time Cleaner Role

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to work as a Part Time Cleaner in a school setting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for students and staff.
  • Cleaning glass surfaces, maintaining toilets, sinks, and showers to high standards.
  • Managing waste and replenishing consumables in a timely manner.
  • Dusting and damp dusting, including high dusting, to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
  • Safely handling cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Performing routine safety checks and maintaining equipment to prevent accidents.
  • Responding courteously to client requests and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience in general cleaning tasks.
  • Knowledge of safe chemical handling and equipment use.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and adhere to OHS&W policies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness to high standards.
