IT Project Leader Role

Lead high-impact IT projects by managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk. This ensures successful delivery and alignment with business strategy while fostering change management and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You have experience in managing change across key stakeholder groups and overseeing the planning and execution of IT programs. Delivering multiple projects through an expert team is also essential for this role. A solid background in procurement management is required, including expertise in managing tenders, negotiating contracts, and overseeing performance assessments as needed. You should have effective management of people, technical abilities, scheduling responsibilities, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities and Lean initiatives within the team and across the business.

A relevant degree or equivalent industry experience, along with a project management qualification (e.g., RegPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or a Diploma in Project Management), or progress toward one, is necessary for success in this position. Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is highly beneficial.
