We are seeking experienced senior professionals to work directly with clients on the ground in Tasmania. This onsite opportunity involves managing complex projects, mostly within government.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. They should be confident and adaptable, able to navigate both business and technical conversations.

  • Manage ICT projects from start to finish
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and ensure alignment
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver results
  • Adapt delivery approaches to suit the organisation

For Business Analysts:

  • Work closely with business and ICT teams to understand and define requirements
  • Run workshops, document processes, and identify practical improvements
  • Bridge the gap between users and technical teams
  • Support delivery, testing, and rollout as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years working in senior PM or BA roles on ICT or digital projects
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
  • Already living in Tasmania

Good to Have:

  • Experience working with Tasmanian government or other government organisations
  • Familiarity with systems and environments like ERP, cloud, cyber, or data platforms
  • Relevant certifications, though practical experience is equally valued
