Our Mission:

We are seeking charismatic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Christmas Casual Helpers. Our goal is to make every customer's holiday season a special and memorable one.

Job Description:

As a Christmas Casual Helper, you will play a key role in creating an enchanting shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities may include decorating Christmas trees, hanging wreaths, setting festive tables, and helping customers add a joyful touch to their homes. You will immerse yourself in our captivating Christmas displays and be inspired by beautiful décor, adding something special to our customers' Christmas and your own.

The Stores:

  • Hobart
  • Rosny Park

You can select your preferred store in your application.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Christmas Casual Helper, you will need to be customer-focused, adaptable, and eager to assist wherever needed. You should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a love of homewares and Christmas, and bring high energy, confidence, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment. You will provide engaging and efficient point-of-sale service, assist with operational tasks such as unpacking, replenishing stock, and visual merchandising to keep stores attractive.

Availability:

Candidates should be available from mid-November, with strong availability between 15 December and 4 January, including weekends and evenings. Candidates with extensive availability during peak times, including evenings and Boxing Day, will be preferred.
