About the Role:

As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, you'll play a vital role in helping our participants achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. You'll develop recovery-enabling relationships with participants, coaching them in recovery planning and coordination of supports. Your function is to enhance an individual's recovery skills, and fostering their motivation, resilience, and decision-making abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing recovery plans for participants
  • Providing one-on-one support and facilitating group sessions
  • Connecting participants with mainstream or community services
  • Monitoring budgets and assisting with plan reviews
