Job Overview

As a senior professional within our Transport business line, your role involves managing client relationships, developing proposals, and delivering exceptional results on projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage teams to meet client and project requirements, ensuring successful delivery within time and scope
  • Identify and qualify new clients, develop strategy plans, and manage bid activities
  • Generate new work and maintain existing client relationships for profitable growth
  • Provide expertise in traffic engineering, land use/transport integration, and approval processes
  • Advise clients on transport planning, infrastructure, and network design for various modes
  • Develop and implement project recommendations within budget and schedule
  • Undertake traffic impact assessments and business case analyses
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Urban Planning, Transport Planning, Engineering, Business, Economics)
  • Understanding of transport and urban planning, placemaking, and assessments
  • Experience with public sector projects and team leadership
  • Project management skills across full project cycles
  • Success in proposal development and business pursuits
  • GIS experience is desirable
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
