The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales & Design Showroom Consultant to join our team in Capalaba. As a key member of our Retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, designing and selling Stratco products, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions, email, and phone communication.
- Design and sell Stratco products to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Process and enter orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Commit to ongoing learning and training to stay up-to-date with Stratco products and industry developments.
- Adhere to our strict safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Essential skills: computer and data entry skills, driven to meet KPIs and sales targets, desire to learn Stratco products and industry.
- Desirable skills: experience in the building industry or manufacturing, forklift licence and experience.
- Key qualities: passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, reliable attitude, and a willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty.
