The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Retail Sales & Design Consultant based in a dynamic retail environment. This position involves working as part of a collaborative retail team, reporting to the Store Manager.

This position is casual (approximately 20 hours per week) and involves working on a rotating roster to include Saturdays. No Sundays or evenings

Responsibilities
  • Customer interaction and relationship building face-to-face, via email, and over the phone
  • Designing and selling of Stratco products
  • Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders
  • Commitment to continual growth, learning, and training
  • Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment
About You
  • Essential – Computer and data entry skills
  • Essential – Driven to meet KPIs and sales targets
  • Essential – Desire to learn Stratco products and industry
  • Essential – Availability to work two Saturdays per month - 9am to 2pm
  • Desirable – Experience in the building industry or manufacturing
  • Desirable – Forklift license and experience
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty
