The Stylerunner Assistant Store Manager role presents a unique opportunity for a retail leader to contribute to the success of our team in Robina, Queensland. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and key performance indicators (KPIs), customer engagement, and team member coaching and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Closely Monitor Store Sales to Achieve Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Targets
  5. Effectively Manage Wage Costs in Store, Adhering to Weekly Wage Targets and Company Rostering Standards
  6. Coach and Mentor the Team to Maintain High Team Morale and Encourage Individual Development
Requirements:

  3. Ability to Work Sunday – Thursday Roster
  4. Motivated & Driven 'Make it Happen' Attitude
  5. Possession for Leading & Inspiring a Team to Succeed
  6. Able to Think Strategically to Identify Missed Opportunities and Drive Sales and KPIs
