Job Overview:

A Senior Quality Management Officer is required to lead and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

The role will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement efforts and monitoring quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with QMS standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and resolve quality issues.
  • Provide training and support to employees on QMS requirements and quality standards.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor quality risks and gather and analyze risk data to produce risk reports.
  • Manage documentation related to the QMS, including policies, procedures, and records.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  • Proficient in ISO 9001:2015 with 3-5 years of experience operating and administering QMS.
  • Skilled in conducting audits, analyzing findings, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess quality performance using data and metrics.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with teams and stakeholders to achieve quality objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
