Capital Decision Support Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Capital Decision Support Manager to join our team. This is a critical role that will play a key part in the development and implementation of our capital strategy.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in capital analytics, reporting and governance. They will be responsible for developing tools and reporting for distilling insights, coordinating the Capital Working Group, as well as supporting forecasting and day-to-day monitoring of the Group's capital position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain reports on capital generation and usage.
  • Provide expert advice on capital implications of business activities.
  • Support capital reporting for external financial disclosures and related analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of capital planning papers and industry research.
  • Support modelling and analysis in relation to the annual Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and APRA Industry Stress Tests.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in capital analytics, reporting and governance.
  • Knowledge of banking prudential standards relating to capital adequacy.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to distil insights from large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
  • SQL experience required and TM1 experience desirable.
