We are seeking two experienced Site Administrators to provide excellent customer service to our various teams across site to deliver a broad range of business support functions, including but not limited to:
- Site access
- Travel bookings
- Event support
- General administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including flights and PPE orders
- Manage the stock control of stationery, PPE, and office supplies
- Assist the team with any interstate or international travel
- Reconcile credit cards/receipting of invoices
- Answer all calls that come through to Carrapateena phone queue and transfer calls to appropriate staff members, or take messages where necessary
- Support with INX data cleaning/integrity
- Organise events onsite, such as board visits, workshops, meetings, dinners, and social events
- Ensure the NPI building and meetings room are kept tidy and presentable
- Develop and document processes which support shared learning and understanding across the team to ensure consistency in service delivery
- Support the site with other administrative tasks and projects as required
- Provide administrative leave coverage and support to the department administrators as required
- Provide training and coaching to the teams and new starters on how to book travel and accommodation
- Assist with refreshing and maintaining the Carrapateena Share Point page
About You:
- A knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures and business practices in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with high attention to detail, excellent problem-solving, and communication skills
- Previous experience in delivering a broad range of business support functions, including site access, travel booking, event support, and general administration
- Demonstrated experience in streamlining and improving processes
- Must hold a SA Driver's license or equivalent (with ability to drive a manual vehicle)
