Opportunity for a Skilled Corporate Lawyer

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to work with a leading agricultural business in Australia. As Senior Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on regulatory and compliance related risks, and providing advice on general commercial law, dispute resolution, employment law, workplace safety, privacy law, and competition law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate various types of commercial agreements
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory and compliance related risks
  • Offer advice on general commercial law, dispute resolution, employment law, workplace safety, privacy law, and competition law
  • Contribute to improving and maintaining the reputation of the brand
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers

About You
