Job Description

Cover-More Group is seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Analyst to join our team. This role will drive operational efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

About the Role
  • Enhance and maintain the PMO framework, tools, templates, and processes.
  • Assist in implementing PMO processes and policies across target business functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the PMO to boost project delivery and reporting.
  • Develop training programs to strengthen capabilities for project management staff.
  • Implement lessons learned and best practices across the project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor project compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure project goals align with business objectives and track KPIs and milestones. Collaborate with project managers to create structured tracking programs for all projects.

Provide financial management support by consolidating reports on costs and benefits. Track and consolidate portfolio performance data, providing insightful reports to leadership. Identify and manage risks across the portfolio, working with project managers to develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Project Management, such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using Project Management software tools.
  • Experience in a PMO role, ideally within the Financial Services or Insurance industry.
