This role offers an exciting opportunity to assess risks and make informed decisions that align with our strategic goals. You will work closely with underwriters, brokers, and clients to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To act as a senior technical auditor, bringing expertise in Property products to assess complex risks and provide recommendations.,
  • To expand the Property account in line with overall business appetites, controls, and guidelines, maintaining a focus on underwriting profit.,
  • To build strong and lasting relationships with major customers and brokers, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service.

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills necessary to judge the desirability of complex or unusual risks within assigned specialised line.,
  • Leadership and organisational skills through past management experience.,
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,
  • A full understanding of the Insurance Industry and how Client/Broker/Insurer relationships operate.

Requirements:

  • Previous Insurance experience essential – minimum 10 years.,
  • Preferably Property and Commercial lines experience.,
  • Tertiary qualification (Business or Statistics) desirable, but not essential.
