Customer Service and Administrative Opportunities

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Centre, Customer Service Staff, and administrative staff. In these roles, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to clients in the transport and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate information about services.
  • Assisting customers with their transport and logistics needs, including order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of services.
  • Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information in the database.
  • Assisting in administrative tasks such as data entry, generating reports, and handling documentation.
  • Coordinating with transport providers to arrange shipments and resolve logistical challenges.
  • Providing administrative support to the Transport and Logistics team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Familiarity with the transport and logistics industry is a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
