Chief Content Producer

We are a team of 180 thinkers, creators and solution-makers looking for a seasoned Production Director to lead our customer-centric production services.
The successful candidate will have minimum 8+ years of experience in leading production teams and have first-rate project management skills across multiple disciplines including digital campaigns - video, animation, product demonstrations, and event content.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the production capability and team to produce large integrated projects/programs of work for clients.
- Defining and enhancing the delivery approach for complex content productions.
- Managing multiple workstream dependencies.
- Elevating post-production projects involving edit, animation, audio, finishing and rollout.
The ideal candidate will be able to mentor a team of around 6-8 producers and enhance production skills across the agency, lead and develop a consistent production process to deliver all projects on time and to the highest production standard.
We require a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can build effective relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders.
