Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cabin Crew Member. As a key representative of our airline, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring their safety and comfort during flights.

About the Role
  • Deliver professional and personalized service to passengers in all classes of travel.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other crew members to ensure seamless flight operations.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment by promoting diversity and cultural awareness.

This role requires a flexible schedule, including overnight flights and variable work hours.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in customer-facing roles or similar industries.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent English language skills; additional languages an advantage.
  • Height requirement: at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.

In addition to these requirements, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to adapt to changing situations, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
