Gold Coast Cabin Crew Opportunities (Dubai Based, Relocation Provided) – Emirates

Join Emirates as cabin crew, based in Dubai with relocation support. You will be the face of Emirates, providing exceptional service while prioritizing safety and security aboard our aircraft. You'll be part of a world-class training program at our Dubai facility and will work to deliver authentic, professional, and cosmopolitan service to customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities
  • Be the face of Emirates, providing friendly, observant service and guidance to customers during flights.
  • Lead confidently and manage aircraft services, security, and safety procedures as part of a team.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer experience while adhering to safety and operational procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training at the Emirates training facility in Dubai.
Qualifications & Experience
  • You've had more than a year's experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to provide excellent service in a diverse, multicultural team.
  • Minimum qualification is a high school graduate (Grade 12).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; ability to speak another language is an advantage.
  • Height requirement: at least 160 cm tall and reach 212 cm standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment on all aircraft types.
  • No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform (without covering them with bandages or cosmetics).
  • Based in Dubai with eligibility to meet UAE employment visa requirements.

In addition to role requirements, you should be determined to perform to the highest standards, be solution-oriented, and able to manage a demanding work schedule. You should deliver an authentic customer experience and be culturally aware, reflecting the Emirates personality — professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary and cosmopolitan.

Salary & Benefits

Your pay consists of three components:

  • a fixed basic salary,
  • an hourly pay for operated flights,
  • an overseas meal allowance.

Basic salary = AED 4,430 per month

Flying pay = AED 63.75 per hour based on an average hours per month

Average total pay = AED 10,170 per month (~USD 2,770, EUR 2,710, GBP 2,280)

* These are approximate numbers for Grade II (Economy Class).

Meal allowances for night stops are credited to salary in arrears the following month.

Hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport are provided by the company.
