The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry, be an effective communicator and possess a results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Motivate and empower your team to deliver exceptional patient care and service excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to improve practice performance and achieve business goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the practice
- 5+ years' experience as a Dentist in Australia, with high clinical standards and expertise
- Previous leadership and mentoring experience desirable
- Current unconditional AHPRA registration
- An appropriate qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
- Current professional indemnity insurance
