About the Role

We are seeking caring and reliable Support Workers who can provide personal care, respite care, and assistance with daily activities. As a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes.

  • Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing respite care to give carers a break
  • Supporting clients to stay active and engaged in their community
  • Following individualized care plans to meet each person's unique needs
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve the best possible results

What You Need

Must-Haves:

  • A compassionate nature – Passionate about helping others
  • Effective communication skills – Able to engage with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently – Confident using technology in your role
  • Australian working rights
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle
  • A Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)

Nice-to-Have (but not required):

  • Certificate in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services (We provide training if needed)
  • Experience in aged care or disability support
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain it)
